Ballet for Adults
If you have missed out Ballet Training as a child, fret not. One can never be too old for Ballet. Ballet corrects bad posture and develops flexibility, sense of musicality and rhythm. The jumps and leaps are good cardio workout that works on muscular strengthening and endurance.
Ballet is a performing art. For adult learners, whether you have a chance to end up on stage or not, the Ballet class provides you with the opportunity to perform.
Our Adult students have the option to do exams.
